I can’t say enough great things about Grenada Property Services. Nathan is incredibly friendly, professional, and super responsive. Every time I’ve needed junk hauled away from my yard, he’s shown up promptly and taken care of everything without any hassle. What really stands out is the value. He was able to handle multiple cleanups for a fraction of what the big commercial junk hauling companies were charging, without sacrificing quality or service. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Grenada Property Services and will absolutely continue using Nathan for future projects.

Multiple 4-year old mature shrubs/trees on a steep incline/hill in yard were trimmed and shaped. To say the least, the job was no easy task. Additional work completed was to stake down new weed barrier on the hill. Work requested was done professionally and to my satisfaction. Quality work, great communication, affordable. I highly recommend Nathan for a lot of different tasks. I've used him for junk hauling and he cleaned our gutters (2 story house, not an easy task). Gutter were critical before the last big rain storm.

The owner of this business, Nathan, is a man of great integrity. He was always on time, courteous, helpful and very skilled at moving. I had 2 large storage units, in Concord, that he drove to, emptied for me and even swept the floor clean so I didn’t have to drive there at all. His prices are very fair and he is thorough. He goes the extra mile for his customers at all times. He also helped move furniture out of my home and new furniture in. One of the legs of my desk was wobbly and he fixed it and a dresser drawer that was off kilter as well. I can highly recommend him and am very grateful for his skill and attention to detail.

I've hired Nathan to move furniture between floors and rearrange rooms. Also to rip out damaged carpet and padding. I expect more varied jobs this spring as I prepare to downsize. We're going to discuss drywall and painting soon. Great guy and he brings good assistants when needed. He is good at communicating schedule issues.
