Grand Central Valet Parking

Clear damage to my brand new BMW. I’ve been kind to the attendants however yesterday the interior of my car was filthy from the windows being all the way down. I asked them not to leave them down today. well they did and my side mirror is scratched. Will follow up with more details

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. DAMAGED OUR CAR. If we could give negative stars, we would. This place is same as the City Parking on Google maps, so posting this to both reviews to try to help someone else avoid this issue. These guys damaged our car and then could not get them to help us fix it. Had to end up filing a police report. Parked there 11/25/25 from about 12:00-3:30pm.

After pulling in and driving down the ramp to the stop, another car pulled in front of me to leave. They then screaming, using profanity/ insults, for me to get back in my car and reverse all the way out the tunnel into oncoming traffic. Instead of just backing the other car up 5 ft... When asking if they could watch my rear while reversing into the street they refused and used more insults. Pathetic. The "attendants" will be the reason I never come back here. Not sure how the owner would ever allow such vile people to run his garage.

If the rating were 0 stars I would give this place that . Criminals in a nutshell. I can’t speak for all the attendants it wouldn’t be fair . There’s one particular one an older heavy set white hair Hispanic one that ripped me off and punctured my tire deliberately because I questioned his motives . On November 8th I pulled into the lot at 7:30 AM in my Subaru Forester and this individual told me that the vehicle is over sized . I pointed out the over sized vehicles in the lot and the difference between my car and those big pickups but he insisted that he’s charging me $13 extra dollars . I told him I would speak to the manager . When I got home later that afternoon by tire pressure indicator lit in my dash and I checked the tires and found all 4 of them low and just was told by my mechani

A classic bait and switch operation. I arrived for the deal on the weekend after seeing the sign and they verbally told me the price of $21.12 but when I returned to pick up my car is when I first learned about the SUV overcharge. I posted the price and review so everyone could know the true prices before arriving.
