These guys worked until the job was done! They had good communication and let me know that it may be later in the afternoon to evening for the delivery. They let me know when they were on route to my house as well. Tony and Trey were super polite and professional! I had one last question to ask them about the recliner after they left, and they even answered the phone again!💜

I ordered a couch and barstools from rooms to go scheduled to be delivered between 4:45-5pm. Yasmany and his coworker didn’t show up until 9pm after multiple calls to them. Then they refuse to take the couch off the truck and state it’s because it won’t fit in the elevator and they’re not allowed to go up to my floor through the outdoor staircase. They didn’t even want to attempt to try and see if it could fit. Very rude and snippy. People from my apartment I don’t know came out to be there for me since they were not treating me well and were worried for me. They tell me I have to buy another couch when this one is already paid for. They also state they have another delivery to get to AFTER mine. They end up leaving the couch on the sidewalk outside at 10:30pm for me to handle alone and as

Moving is a stressful time for anyone. I moved my parents to Florida from Ohio in Ubox pods. I had them minimize somewhat to reduce clutter built over 50 years in the same house. Fast forward to this company. I called Blue (GCM) a week in advance and needed two guys to unload pods for three hours. He got them scheduled and confirmed with me. Tony and Trey showed up (called me way ahead of time saying delayed by an hour). They were fantastic. Beyond nice, courteous and we were done in 90 minutes. I cannot say what a great job, and all around experience we had with GCM and their customer service and experience. No brainer. Look nowhere else and call Blue….they will take care of you.

Wonderful experience with these movers!! I bought furniture at City Furniture and they gave me the number for Grand Champion Movers. I called them right from the store and they delivered the very next day. They had all my items wrapped over the store’s wrapping. I come from a family that had a moving company, and I can say these guys are top notch! Super friendly, clean, and price was very affordable. Will definitely use again!!
