I just wanted to start off by saying I'm tough on some of the companies that I reviewed in the past, but when you're good or great I'm going to let people know. This last Tuesday August 16th I had the privilege of having a great local company come and install my new HVAC 3.5 ton 15 seer. The crew arrived on time at 9a and was off property by 345p with my new AC running like a champ. It does however start with the owner/management I spoke to Mr. Hope multiple time and shook his hand and made a deal in person. This is a high quality, knowledgeable and personable company. I can't brag enough on him and the staff but if you need a new AC unit at a great price and quality installation Ken Hope AC is your place. Stay with a smaller company forget big AC installation companies. Thank you to Ken H

Just a huge "Thank You" to Ken Hope Air Conditioning & Heating. Our AC unit decided to quite working this week and of course I called Ken Hope Air Conditioning & Heating. Don (Technician) was here within a couple of hours and had us up and running within 45 minutes or less. Don has been here several times--knows his stuff and is always a pleasure to work with. Likewise, the office staff is always a pleasure to work with as well. Ken Hope has been our Air Conditioning and Heating company for over 28 years and they are THE BEST!!

My air conditioner went out a couple of weeks ago. The company I originally bought it from had sold due to owner retirement. Called the folks that bought it. I was told it would cost $2,000 to fix it or between $7,000-$16,000 for a new unit. Called another company for a quote. Guy came over, talked about discounts but he never gave a quote. Said he’d email the quote, never got it. Called Ken Hope. They came over said the blower went and he’d replace it for under $1,000. (A few hundred under $1,000). They came back the following Monday and within an hour my a/c was blowing cold air again. I felt like I was being ripped off with the other places but now I really feel like I was being ripped off. 42 degrees and raining did not stop Ken Hope AC from arriving on time and installing a brand new 3 ton unit at my house. Been using Ken Hope since I moved here in 1999 and they have always provided top notch service and sales at great prices. Very responsive. Ken contacted me directly and set me up with just what I needed to get my flood water damaged unit replaced and raised to protect against future floods. Ken's crew was on-site within two days and had all work completed in less than one day.

Great service from the staff who answered the phone to Don who did the AC service. He arrived on time, answered all of our questions and did a great job. Reasonably priced and we’ll definitely be using their services annual.
