Tariq treated these family heirlooms as if they were his own. He went above and beyond in cleaning and restoring them — the attention to detail, care, and craftsmanship were truly exceptional. What really stood out was Tariq’s communication throughout the process. He kept me informed at every step and shared so much of his incredible knowledge about the history and care of the carpets. I came away not only with beautifully restored rugs, but also with a deeper appreciation for them. I purchased two carpets at GORG last year. After several visits to their gallery, each time I was shown as many carpets as I wanted to see and compare as I desired. I then narrowed my selection down to two carpets, but I did not purchase right away. I then returned several months later and asked to see more carpets. The owner was very patient and gave me no pressure. I finally made my choice and ended up buying the one carpet I had first seen, and then returned shortly after to purchase a second carpet, given the positive experience I had and the staff taking the time to explain the background information behind each carpet, which I found very insightful. I also like the individualized attention and the quality of the carpets in stock. The staff is also very professional and knowledgeable

My experience has been great. They have cleaned several of my rugs and have done a good job, at a reasonable price. Also, the service is excellent, and you can tell that they are very knowledgeable in the rug industry and services they offer. I definately recommend the store. Coral Gable, FL customer.

The Archdiocese of Miami is hosting a gala later this year in honor of its 60th Anniversary. We have been looking for companies in all fields to donate items for our auction. One of those companies, The Grand Oriental Rug Gallery, donated the most beautiful area rug. The rug’s earth tone will blend right in with any style home. Whoever wins this bid will be quite satisfied. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. We highly recommend their products and look forward to working with them in the future.
