I had a great experience with Grand Rapids Gravel Co! Everyone was communicative, courteous, and polite. They were very helpful with making sure I got exactly what I needed.

Ask if I can pick up a ton or 2 today but I'd need more later this evening or tomorrow.his response was we don't bother with that amount .I asked not if its for pick up .he said "no we don't bother with that kinda amount your better off going to another company? ? Like why have it priced by the ton on your website then? And it wasn't delivery i was going to pick it up .good way to cost your company money .

Had a decent interaction with Steve, Jim, and Denny, however due to the situation I was sent on to their manager and had a truly unprofessional experience. I would welcome a call from his supervisor to discuss how poorly this was handled.

I had 5 jobs I needed concrete delivered to. I called and was told he can't even deliver to his contractors so there is no way he's delivering to an outsider. VERY RUDE and unprofessional to say the least. I asked when he would be able to help me and he said "I wouldn't"

Called looking for cement and the guy said they were extremely busy and are having a hard time supplying their existing customers and could not take on anything new. I appreciated his honestly and am glad he didn't commit to something he couldn't handle and mess up my job. Thanks
