Grand Rapids Piano

Scammers. STOLE MY MONEY. Do NOT work with them. They provided nice service bringing my dad's hundred year old piano to the repair destination. Once the repairs were done, they refused to bring my dad's piano back and stole my money. I had already paid the second sum of money for the return delivery which was confirmed with both parties and then these guys made up every excuse in the book as to why they could not make the delivery back. They were unresponsive to calls or texts. Pretty sure they have us blocked. My father is an elderly man who's only joy at this stage of life is playing his piano. These folks caused him so much distress. My father ended up paying a different service to bring his piano back.

He took down our pool table and agreed to return for reassembly. We scheduled the reassemble , paid for new pockets and felt along with a deposit for the refelting. Took our check and cashed it promptly. Never showed up on the scheduled date. Can’t get ahold of him for the past three weeks, promises to call back and never does. Now has our cell phone blocked, and refuses to return our calls or refund the money we paid in advance. DO NOT use this man!

Set up a refelting on a pool table this company had previously serviced. The first time were two young men that were fantastic. This last experience went from unpleasant to bad fast. This last servicing, the owner came with a technician. He order 8 foot felt (though 9 foot was needed) and blamed me (very rudely) for the error and made me pay a down payment. He said it would take a few days. I had to call him 3 weeks later and he said it had just come in...fine. The owner and his technician show up to do the refelting. About 30 minutes into the work they were screaming profanities in my basement for over 90 seconds at each other, (MFer, GD this, FU, Etc...). I don't mind a little cussing, but this was a full on yelling and cussing match between the OWNER and his worker in OUR home.

Really friendly, prompt, hard working and very professional. They did a great job refelting our pool table. They even allowed me to watch since I was curious how it was done, and it was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend this company!

Stay away from these folks. Did just fine disassembling and reassembling the table but ordered and installed the wrong color felt. He blamed it on the supplier and assured me they'd make it right. After several follow-ups (all initiated by me) over the course of six weeks, and even offering to order the felt myself, he stopped responding and actually blocked my number. Shady and dishonest, and they'll be receiving a court summons.
