We bought a 120 year old home in Grand Rapids, MI last year, which had been neglected for many years. Unfortunately the inspector missed the the sagging bay windows which had been getting steadily worse for decades. The issue really came to a head when our gutter contractor couldn’t run gutters across the front of our house because of the fallen windows. We heard good things about Grand River Builders so we called them up only to discover their backlog was several months. We decided to wait; what a good decision. Craig, their general manager , came over to look at the job and gave us an initial estimate. He put our job into the queue and a few months later we received notification that we were up next. Excellent - first rate experience with these guys. Recently bought a historic home in the Heritage Hill neighborhood that needed significant exterior work on the soffits. Brady was excellent with the work, communicating throughout the project as little decisions needed to be made. Communication was great start to finish from him and Craig. These guys will definitely be our go-to contact as exterior finish projects come up. Recommend without reservation.
