Grand Tier Garage

FYI for current/future tenants: Experience with garage and staff was excellent during my time here (special thanks to Fernando and Solviet) so this review is not about the actual facility. Unfortunately leaving with a bad taste. I write this to warn tenants - the garage management requires a 30-day written notice to terminate the monthly subscription. There is no other way to do this. If you are later than this, they will deduct from your deposit. I wrote my letter and submitted ~2 weeks prior (7/16/24) to intended date of termination (7/31/24) and they did not receive it until 8/7/24. The head of management Mr. Goldstein provided a "favor" and used the date of receipt (8/7/24) instead of the full 30 days from submission and deducted 1 week from the deposit refund which ended up being ~$14
