He never came to his confirmed appointment. I called him the day prior and he was extremely nice on the phone. We scheduled the appointment to arrive at 9am the next day. My attic space is in our pantry so I took over 30 minutes moving everything out of the way so he'd be able to access. The following day at 10am he had still not arrived. I called and left a message and also text him (he sent a confirmation text for the appointment the day prior). I then called at 11am and 12pm. He never answered and never returned my calls. I then turned around and called Bat Pro out of Greenville who responded immediately. Please don't waste effort here. If you look back on these reviews and facebook reviews you will see a pattern to this unprofessional behavior.

We had a bat enter our home, which led us to reach out for help. After getting several quotes, it was clear that Grand Wildlife stood out from the rest. While other companies spent just 15-30 minutes looking at our house from the ground, Grand Wildlife invested over two hours doing a thorough inspection—getting on the roof, checking the attic, and even the basement. Thanks to their detailed approach, they discovered additional entry points beyond what others had assumed, which gave us much more confidence in their recommendations. Their communication was excellent, and scheduling was very smooth. They explained everything clearly, breaking down their knowledge in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, we were extremely impressed with the level of care and professionalism they provide

Scott came out to do an assessment on our bat problem. We paid the $130 fee they charged. He gave us our quote. We scheduled them to come out the following Wednesday to come set up. Wednesday rolled around and he never showed so we called. No answer, text, no answer. Did this for a week. I called from my number since he didn’t have mine from when we initially called. Nothing. So we are out $130 dollars and still have our bat issue. Don’t waste your time with this company. Highly disappointed.. especially since we have young kids in the house.

I can’t recommend Grand Wildlife Control enough! Scott was really quick to come out and explained everything as he went. He also made sure to reach out several times during the 2 weeks eviction period for the bats to make sure we weren’t having any issues

Scott helped me out with a bat and rat situation, and you can tell he absolutely loves his job. He’s super knowledgeable, thorough, and always upbeat, which made the whole thing way less stressful. Plus, his customer service is spot-on. I’m really thankful for all the hard work he put in, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if another critter shows up. Highly recommend!
