Top seal did a great job on my two driveways. They were able to patch 3 spots, fill in all the cracks and put on a seal coat that will protect my driveways making them last longer over time. Mike was great to work with. He was a great communicator and very informative about the process all while giving me a fair price for great work. Mike (Probably owner) was rude from the first message he replied to - sounded inconvenienced by my request for an estimate. He came out to the house (500 Ft driveway) and found out that we wanted an estimate for seal-coating and additional 200ft of asphalt. As soon as he found out that we were not ready to contract the job, he said “I’ll pass.” Despite advertising free estimates, clearly this upset him and was not willing to take on a big job - where his estimate might be beat. What this tells me is that his prices are not competitive, and without a doubt over charges people that are not shopping around for a competitive price. I would definitely avoid this guy!
