Granda Ceiling Systems

I am a Superintendent for a General Contractor and I was trying to wrap up a punch list on a project that was a bit of a plague for our company. The ceiling contractor we originally had was overbooked with projects as is almost every contractor in south Florida. I cold called Granda Ceilings and explained the situation to them. The office manager told me they were extremely busy but she would pass the message to the right people. The estimator repeated how full their schedule was but he went out of his way to meet me on site after hours and then he personally took care of the corrections for me the very next weekend.
