Purchased a new HVAC unit from Grande Aire to replace a unit that was aged. The replacement was scheduled quickly after agreeing to the purchase, and the installation team did a stellar job...arrived early, and worked non stop until all was installed, tested and working properly. Chris and Reuben were great with our installation and Chris kept us updated on the status periodically. Great experience.

My technician Zach was absolutely excellent. He’s very clean professional proficient he’s quick and he’s very willing to share any information about what he’s doing and how he’s doing it. He’s also willing to offer tips to prevent any further inconvenience. ! Also, Debbie, the receptionist at Grand Air was very cordial sweet to the point very efficient and made me feel happy I Spoke to her ! Above all Grand Air, Zach and Debbie made me and my wife very happy Customers ! Thank you so much

I have used Grande Aire/Haines for many years on my home in North Fort Myers, condo on Boca Grande and multiple properties I handle with property management. They have performed hundreds if not thousands of service calls for me. From the receptionists, service techs, accounts managers etc. they have always been friendly and handled the issues in a timely and professional manner. When service calls didn’t go my satisfaction the account managers went out of their way to make things right. I highly recommend Grande Aire Services.
