I don't typically do this sort of thing, but sometimes - folks deserve an "at a boy". I'm amazed by the help I received today (1/8/2015) I have a ground source heat pump that was installed several years ago by another company. I noticed recently that the "Auxiliary Heat" has been on a lot (this is when the ground source compressor gets some help with an auxiliary heat unit) I've been having challenges get my installer "call back" so I checked out the manufacturers' website (Climate Master) and noticed that in our KC area - Grandview Furnace Company is the only "Elite" dealer. Taking a chance...I lobbed a call. Couple hours later, I had "Joe" on the line. He has 24 years experience with ground source systems. Extremely disappointed by the treatment I received from the office manager. She was rude and disrespectful and wouldn't allow me to finish my sentence when I called with an issue I had. I will never call them for service because of the way I was treated.

Have used them for years and have ALWAYS been satisfied and happy with the service I receive!!!
