I usually find what I need here for nuts and bolts type stuff. The staff is very helpful at finding high-grade hardware among their organized shelves and aisles. It has few used power towels and fixtures to be had at little expense too. The building material section of the store contains a section of vanities, roofing material and salvage project house parts of weathered wood and plaster.

This company is a scam! Their floor sales associates are paid with COMMISSION. So, I gave the sales associate the dimensions of the bedroom I was going to replace carpet with flooring. He stated I would need 10 cartons of the Mohawk Vinyl Plank flooring. I hired an installer...I only needed 6 out of the 10 cartons. I took the 4 cartons back with the receipt and the manager claimed ALL SALES WERE FINAL. I showed her the receipt which DID NOT STATE THAT as required by law. She told me "tough luck."

Went in to discuss kitchen cabinets. They were rude and uninterested. Stating: “we work on commission.” Straight out of their mouths. What, surely you will make no commission if you have no interest in trying to “sell” your product. I would not reccommend them at all. I did get two pieces of information from them. They do NOT offer an appliance garage with any of their cabinets and their sizing options are limited. “Hey, you get what they make.” End of discussion. I guess their prices are just so great that you’ll put up with their attitudes, take what you get.

Great staff, very helpful. They have a great selection of everything. The only downside is everything is not in one location, but I guess that is the cost to pay to save so much.
