I have never been more impressed with a company in my life. I had bad water damage in my basement from storm damage. Nathan, came out right away. I can’t say enough good things about Nathan. His work ethic was over and beyond, he was all about his work and was very knowledgeable. The first day he worked alone and almost entirely removed my flooring, walls and dried it all out while carrying it all out and disposing of it by himself. He came back a second day and finished it up with a partner. I am thankful my insurance company recommended this company.

PuroClean is an outstanding company to work with. Melissa kept in contact with us almost daily. She was very compassionate and empathetic. She was very patient with us as well, as the insurance process dragged out to a rather lengthy time. The PuroClean response crew was on time for every visit made. They were very professional and very tidy. The work they completed was top-notch. I would highly recommend PuroClean for any of their services you may require.

Amber and her team were wonderful to work with. We received a phone call from Melissa the night before to schedule the initial consult and Amber arrived promptly the very next morning. She went above and beyond to make sure that each service (fabric restoration contractors and electrical cleaning) provided was executed 110%. The girls just left my home today and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Everyone was so knowledgeable and I am beyond thankful to have had them rescue my home from soot! As an added bonus, they feel like friends whom I have known for years and I only just met them a week ago!

Melissa and Todd were great to work with. No matter the day or no matter what time. They were available to answer questions or concerns. Melissa and Todd went above and beyond to make sure our experience was pleasant. Great company and a great team. Very compassionate, this area needs more companies like this one!!! I recently had sewer back up into my basement during the flood. I called Puro Clean and they were there immediately. They had everything that needed to be ripped out and thrown away gone in 2 days. I was kept in the loop every step of the project and they even had someone come out on a Sunday to check the moisture levels. They were very clean and never left a mess at my house. The quality of their work was excellent, but it does not compare to their customer service which is second to none in my opinion. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.
