My light colored granite became discolored around sink, stove, etc. One of their technicians came and agreed that there was a defect in the stone. This was approximately six months ago. My request for replacement was put off so many times that l've involved an attorney. At this point, the attorney is being put off and a lawsuit is pending. I've had promises for months that it would be replaced, but no action. DO NOT use this company if you expect any service if things go wrong!

Granite Depot is a phenomenal company! They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy, even if it means working in the snow because of our timeline. Rachel was our contact and she was extremely pleasant, meticulous and really stayed on top of the entire process. The installers did a fantastic job and sent pictures of their work afterward. Granite Depot was just amazing during our house build! We have had granite installed at several houses over the years and Granite Depot is by far the best not only in quality but in installation, service and professionalism. Even after installation they went above and beyond. Our plumber didn’t completely understand the installation of a vessel sink and Granite Depot not only drilled the holes for both the vessel sink and counter mount faucet but the owner and his wife came out and helped put the sink into the granite correctly! The entire team at Granite Depot is by far the best in the business and are even extremely prompt returning calls, which as we’ve found moving to this area is not the case for almost anyone else in home builds.
