She made everything easy and stress free. The installation went smoothly and right on schedule, and the crew did a fantastic job. Granite Depot made this whole process so easy. From picking out the granite to the install was a smooth process. The installers came yesterday and installed my granite, I was so impressed with their performance!! They were very professional and the install went smoothly. Granite Depot helped me bring the kitchen I envisioned to life. I recently bought a new home and renovated the kitchen. Tyler and his team helped craft a one-of-a-kind custom island I only dreamed of and sketched out. I took my sketch to Tyler and his team and they made my custom, 15 feet long and 4 feet wide island with waterfall edging a reality. It has a 6 feet floating island component that I’ve never seen anywhere. Tyler had the most stunning granite slabs on site and his team masterfully fabricated them for maximum movement. They also fabricated granite and quartz for my master bath and two guest bathrooms. They’re all stunning! I’ve worked with 3 other granite shops in the Myrtle Beach area on other projects. After getting several other bids, I decided to work with Granite Depot. It’s turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Working with Velvet in the showroom, over the phone, and via her personal emails has been such a joy. I never thought this process could be fun! For installation, Alison could not have been better. He came by for a preview and gave me the confidence to know this was going to be a great experience! My install had zero mess, went quickly, and my new countertops are just perfectly installed and beautiful! I would have paid twice as much to get such great customer service, but the icing on the cake was their pricing was fabulous. I can’t give this team a higher rating!
