Working with Granite Details was quick easy and painless. From my first chat with the team to full install of the countertops was only a few quick weeks. The entire team was super friendly, accommodating and answered ANY question I had. They knew I was in a hurry with my project and held a date for install before I had even picked out my stone! The installers were very professional and worked quickly. Everything looks so amazing that I am already starting my bathroom project with them.

We recently had a quartz countertop installed by Granite Details. While the finished product looks fine, the overall experience left a lot to be desired—especially considering the cost and how easy we were to work with throughout the process. There were a few issues that took away from the experience: the installation team scratched our hardwood floors during the process, and more importantly, they left the backsplash uncaulked where it meets the wall. This is a basic finishing step that prevents water damage, and it was verbally confirmed during the measurement phase that it would be taken care of. This is our second time that we have chosen to work with Granite Details and the experience was exactly the same as the one we had 5 years ago when remodeling our former home! From the initial visit to look and pick out the granite for our kitchen remodel in our new to us home, through the measuring, ordering and installation our experience was exceptional! The professional, knowledgeable & friendly staff made it very easy for us. Our kitchen countertops are beautiful! Mike, Kristi, and the entire Granite Details team were awesome from start to finish. Kristi was super friendly and helpful in guiding us to select the best countertops to suit our needs -- even showing us a cheaper, remnant option for our bathroom that worked perfectly! Additionally, they were super patient and flexible in working around an ever-changing schedule due to delays on other parts of our kitchen that were out of their/our control. Mike and his team were flawless in their installation, personable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. Overall, one of the best experiences we've ever had with any home improvement vendor! I would highly recommend them to everyone and will definitely use them again in the future.
