This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They are chronically late, completely unreliable, and have zero professionalism. Orders are always delayed, communication is nonexistent, and they make up absurd rules just to squeeze more money out of customers. They claim you need an A-frame and charge outrageous delivery fees, yet the order arrives without one. This is nothing short of a scam operation. To make matters worse, the owner sets a terrible example, openly engaging in unethical practices and passing those values on to the next generation. Avoid this company at all costs – they are dishonest, greedy, and utterly untrustworthy.

Daniel came to my home to provide a bid for a backsplash. He was very friendly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The backsplash turned out beautifully. I'm very happy with the results!

I first want to say the kitchen came out amazing due to the work crew, they were on it! Next just the process alone was a horrible experience, I agree with a lot of the reviews about this company. I was told my kitchen would be done in a week, wrong try two weeks. I had to constantly keep on Daniel, sometimes the work crew would show up at 8am or 9am or never show, I was told by the work crew it was Daniel's decision. Very unprofessional on Daniel's part, also when I would call the showroom a lady would answer have no idea and then never get back to me, I had to make a trip to the showroom and express how unsatisfied I was with how Daniel handled the project to my kitchen. Through the two weeks, i found out Daniel measured my cabinets wrong supposedly he was traveling to Sacramento to get

8 months and still no work done. I recommend to find other business who value your time and are really serious to actually get the work done. I wish I had zero stars unfortunately they don't let me. Pretty horrible Installer they use Daniel - agree with all other reviews.

Agree with most recent review. This business does NOT respect customers time. We made an appointment in person this past Saturday for today, 2/9/2023. NO SHOW. NO CALL. NO VOICE MESSAGE. We would give them a big fat zero if we could. Will never use them. Maybe a blessing in disguise.
