We had a Great experience with Granite Unlimited on our new construction home! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. What really stood out was the quick turnaround time. They stayed on schedule and completed the job promptly without sacrificing quality. In new construction, timing is everything, and they delivered exactly as promised. Highly recommend!

Working with the design team was initially a positive experience, and they were helpful in selecting the granite. However, things took a sharp turn after the installation. There were several issues following the install. Despite numerous phone calls and emails over a month, I struggled to get any resolution. The installation team caused damage to both an electrical outlet and the surrounding walls. Unfortunately, the owner, Pavel, was not helpful in addressing the situation. When Pavel came to assess the damage, he dismissed my concerns and attempted to deflect responsibility. I felt he was trying to gaslight me into believing the damage wasn’t their fault. His behavior became intimidating, using his physical presence in a way I found threatening when I refused to accept blame for damage

I researched granite countertops from a number of businesses and I’m so happy I went with these guys. Such a fast process, we got them within a week. Install was done by two guys with intention and care. Easy process and amazing customer service all together. Will be going back if we have any more projects. If you’re researching who to go with, just make it easier on yourself and go with these guys. Highly recommend, thank you!
