Let me start by saying, this is the second time using this company this year for counters while building our house. The first time they installed all the countertops. They were great to work with and the work was awesome! This has been an entirely different (very negative) experience and has left me with an awful opinion of their company. I have an email stating the installer would be "at the house no later than 10 am, was first on the books and wouldn't take long at all to install the island countertop." I let them know that I would let my work know that time frame and I look forward to seeing them. Well, I call at 10:30 just making sure I was still to be expecting them with the island today. The office guy was very nice, told me I was first on the books and was supposed to start at 10. H

I worked with Graniteman on a full kitchen countertop installation and they did an excellent job from start to finish. I went to their facility (along with every other granite company in Columbia), and although they did not have any slabs that caught my eye, they worked with me to secure the slab that I did eventually find from a supplier in Charlotte. Great customer service. I located the slabs, they quoted a price to secure them, then they had them brought to their facility from Charlotte, they pulled one of the slabs and cut a small corner off so that I could work with that on my tile and backsplash selections, they held the slabs for several weeks while our project was underway, and then I was able to set up the measure and install dates with no delays to our project, and the insta

Can’t say enough great things about this business. Graniteman took great interest in the multiple projects I had at my residence. They were responsive, polite, courteous, helpful and overly accommodating. The results were as good as I imagined. I will use them again as my hard surface contractor!

Worst experience ever as a customer 😡 Waited for over 6 weeks for my new counters to be installed,when we noticed they did the wrong cut we expected from the company to correct the problem but , instead of fixing the issue the owner told his employees to take back every counter top peace after everything was already installed. Now I don't have kitchen's counters or sinks, not knowing when we will find another company to do the job . I gave one star to the employees because they were patient and professional, just feel sorry for them, the (owner) boss is a horrible person with no ethics at all. This situation has been traumatic and frustrating , I don't wish anyone to go through what I have been through with this company. Will definitely talk to my lawyers about suing 🤦‍♀️ The owner/ bo

My experience with Graniteman was unbeatable! They provided me with beautiful countertops at a great price. They have full slabs on site so you can really understand what your space will look like. They came when they said they would, the turnaround time from start to finish was great, and I love my countertops.
