Don’t waste your time here if you have heap because they can have a 400+ credit for oil from heap but We’ll fight you to deliver it because they have a “minimum”And they do not tell you about it until you Call to set up the appointment and then they tell you what we can’t do that there’s a minimum and then you gotta fight with them. so don’t use them if you go use heap. The woman at the desk who answers the phone really must be either a girlfriend or a family member of the owner because there is no way with her blatant rude and zero communication skills with community That she’s still working there due to her horrible Attitude and not telling customers policies. Definitely call around to somewhere else because there are many where you’re not treated like trash because you use heap

Grantier helped us tremendously when our furnace died in subzero weather. Arrived first thing in the morning. Everyone went out of their way to help us and they truly care about their customers. Very prompt, knowledgeable and efficient.

Called to have a kerosene tank serviced/replaced due to a potential leak on a newly purchased property, and to inquire about being a customer for regular kerosene deliveries. Representative simply said no. "You're not a current customer, so we can't do that." When asked whether I could become a customer, we were told no. When asked if they would do a one time service, we were told no. When asked if we could become a customer if we repaired the kerosene tank, they said no. They explicitly said they don't want a customer. We are genuinely confused. We aren't new to the area, but new to this address. Taking our money elsewhere I guess.

My late husband and I have used Grantier's services for more than 50 years. Always courteous and helpful. We've never had a problem. I would recommend Grantier for your oil and propane needs.
