Grant's Air Conditioning Repair

Grant's was assigned by my home warranty company AHS to work on an electrical issue I was having. The technician arrived within minutes of the scheduled time, and was able to quickly and professionally identify and correct the issue I was having. Technician - I'm sorry I don't remember his name - was extremely professional, polite, and courteous. When he was having trouble identifying the issue after an initial examination, he was able to call a senior technician, who pointed him in the right direction and then had the issue resolved within about 30 minutes. I can't speak to the other reviews but I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Grant's, and would have no issues welcoming them into my home in the future if I have another issue.

Avoid this business if at all possible. Was assigned to them via our home warranty and told they would contact within 24 hours. After a week of not getting them on the phone, I was finally called back and told it would be another week before they had available appointment times. Those days then came & went with no communication from Grant’s. After calling the home warranty service, Grant’s claimed they had told me it would be even another week out and that my appointment was confirmed. None of this was accurate, so I effectively got them removed from my service request. It’s OK to have delays with appointments, I realize it’s summer and things are busy. What’s not acceptable though is not returning phone calls, not honoring appointment times and lying to the home warranty service about wha

This company was assigned to me by my home warranty. It has been a debacle since day one. I've been waiting 10 months plus for them to get in the right parts to fix my HVAC unit. Every time they come to fix it, They say they have the wrong part, or could you please take pictures and send to us? We lost ours.They make appointments and never show up. There is no communication or follow through. This has to be one of the worst companies. I have ever tried to deal with.

We were assigned Grant's by our home warranty company, and they did such good work. Prompt the first day they arrived to check it, and checked back on it and called us within just a couple days to confirm we needed a new unit. The warranty company provided the unit, and shipping to Grant's took about 2 1/2 weeks, but Grant's was very on top of it and kept us 100% informed the entire time we were waiting. They really had it planned and figured out, and scheduled our install the second they had the unit. It is all done and well, and working like a charm. They hauled off the old unit and did not make a mess of the yard at all. Very impressed with the communication, reliability, professionalism, and quality. Will absolutely use again if the need arises.

I have to say I was intermediated by all the negative reviews and one stars. My Home Warranty scheduled Grants to come service my home furnace and was repaired within a hour great attitude knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Grants.
