These guys were awesome. They showed up at the exact time we arranged. They were very friendly and got the job done in a great time frame. They were very knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to answer and questions I had. They even gave great advice for my situation. I’m glad I got the chance to do business with this wonderful company. They were so pleasant to deal with.

Called and explained I had a piece of equipment rented and another service provider stood me up. Holden said he would do what he could. He was there within the hour and helped me out of a jam. They were super nice and very knowledgeable about the system. They did a great job and I am very grateful. I would and will recommend them. Great job and thank you.

Called Granville Septic requesting to have our septic tank pumped out and within 2 days they were here. Holden was a very pleasant and professional guy and explained how often the maintenence of the tanks should be done as well as how often we should be cleaning the filters out. Price is reasonable and I highly recommend.

Called spoke to a guy holden, gave me false hope with a price and said he could do it. I stopped searching and tried to schedule it, reached out a week later no answer, then I littlery called another 20 times also texted over the next 3/4 months.

Had set a appointment for Holden to come out and service our septic tank had never had it done before but my neighbors had used them before along with the perfect 5 star reviews. I figured any company that cares about their reviews and what their customers think or say about their service says alot these days about the kind of person you will have coming to do the work at your home. With that said he quoted us a price and showed up when he said he was coming was very punctual and didn't play any games with hidden fees or trying to run his bill up. I would recommend his company to anyone needing septic tank service done. He carried him self well and it showed in the quality , great attitude and timeliness of his work.
