Called Brian about a freezer issue in our garage that was tripping the gfi on a regular basis. He gave us some really good trouble shooting tips on how to correct the issue over the phone. Has been fine ever since. I will definetly have him come out to the house and pay him for his work. Highly recommend Stoval Appliance ! Called Brian again yesterday about our freezer not freezing our food any longer. Came out in about 15 minutes. It took him longer to pull the freezer away from the wall then to trouble shoot and replace the bad relay. Part and labor less than $200.00 !!!! Our freezer is goes for over $ 1,500.00 to replace. Definetly worth the cost of having Brian repair it for us. Very professional, quick, and courteous!!!! Thank you Brian !

Called and left a message about GE washer lid-lock malfunctioning. Brian called right away and within an hour issue was fixed. Great service, highly recommend Stovall Appliance Services.

This was a god sent- I called and left a message - few minutes later I got a call back - My washer cold water valve was stuck open-He asked what type of washer I had -I told him-so he said he'd be right there -less then 15 minutes later we were taking the washer apart to replace the the cold water valves-all said and done - was under 1 hour to repair a problem that i could not have fixed so fast. The Company is one of the last to help people that are in need - I wish all businesses were of this caliper.

I was having trouble with my Sears Dryer and called Brian Stovall. He wasn't in but called me back within an hour of me leaving a message. He not only told me how to fix my problem on the phone, he was nice enough to save me that money. Anyone else would have come up to the house, fixed it in thirty minutes and charged me $150 bucks. Brian was neighborly enough to gift me and my wife that information. You can be sure I will call him with any major issues I ever have in the future... and be glad to pay him. Thank you, Brian!
