Grass Envy

Terrible communication and poor service. We finally decided to cancel and it took three emails to get them to respond with "confirmed". They didn't care as to why. Half of my grass is gone after using them for two years. They would either over cut or not show up for weeks, letting what was there become overgrown. They also blew grass clippings all over our front entryway. When I sent pictures of this I received no response. Our outdoor curtains were also damaged twice by their weed eater. Just a terrible company overall.

I was charged by my rental company for services booked through Grass Envy. I paid for 8 treatments and they initially came out one time and I had to fight for a second treatment. I can’t get anyone on the phone yet the HOA viloations keep coming because this company didn’t do the work.

Installed sod throughout the yard and did a fine job. Attached before and after pictures.

These people are scammers! Their landscaper came to my property and took photos of the work that I completed myself and is attempting to claim its work that he completed and wants to charge me for it. This scammer didn't realize I have pictures of before he came out to service my property showing the same work that I completed. Avoid this fraudulent business at all costs!
