I wish I could give Dakota 10 stars. She was absolutely wonderful. She answered all my questions, she was professional, courteous, thorough, timely and very informative. She really took her time to explain everything she was doing, what she found if anything. She was the BEST to work with.

I haven’t had the chance to meet my technician, Ryan, in person yet, but I can confidently say he does an outstanding job every time he services my home. He’s professional, respectful of our space, and you’d never even know he was here—nothing is ever moved or out of place after a visit. I’ve been extremely pleased with Gray Pest Control as a whole. Their communication, professionalism, and consistency have been top-notch. Highly recommend their services!

Dakota was awesome and did an awesome job this last time around. She rang the doorbell and asked if we had issues with them inside and did an additional spray around the house just to be sure. Since we've been with Grey we have seen fewer and fewer bugs. We live with a preserve behind a house so it's hard to keep them out but they do good work.
