At the onset, Katie’s willingness to reconfigure the design in order to build the pool perfectly for our backyard. She was such a gem and rose to the top of 5 other companies in securing Premiere as our pool builder. She went above and beyond securing paperwork with HOA in a timely manner. Chip was hands-on throughout the build. He took care of each phase and explained anything that came up. Recently did a pool remodel with Premier to bring our pool back to life. Our pool was a builder grade pool and it was starting to show its age. We couldn’t be happier with our pool renovation!
