Gray's Lawn Care Service and Home Repair

Tree limbs hit my home from not tying off limbs, totally destroyed a nice, large fenced pen, as well as some other items. Gray's is currently refusing to provide Gray's company insurance info for the property that was destroyed and damaged. I paid $1,400 for large limb of an oak to be removed and protect my property, not to destroy and damage it. He said he'd "fix" the pen. I was advised against that and to contact Gray's insurance. He said he talked to them, and they won't do anything (which I know is untrue, as that's the whole point of insurance). He has ignored messages about the other damaged items. I called, Justin confirmed the appointment later that night and showed up at 7:30 an ready to work. They did a great job removing and treaming my trees. I was pleased with the job. I recommend.

We had Gray's take down an old fence and put up a new one, we were quoted a price and agreed to it. The day I was told they would be finished, I had the check for the full amount of the bill and paid the owner. A little while later I was told they ran out of nails and would have to come back. Basically, a month later, after trying to get a hold of the owner numerous times and him telling me they will be back, I am finishing the fence myself. I'm pretty sure that the weather proofing that was part of the bill we paid is not going to happen since communication with the owner has ceased to exist. Now I wish we would have paid the extra money to have it done by professionals. Live and learn!

I called Gray's for two huge oak trees in the front and side yard. They did a great job and even removed the stumps with the roots. The tree was ugly and the roots was causing the sidewalk to crack in places. So glad they were reasonable with price and friendly. Since then i have used them for other services as well!
