Lowe's subcontracted Graysmith Home Repair to install a ceiling fan. Herman was very polite and professional to our residence. Unfortunately, due to a manufacturing defect with the ceiling fan, the installation was unable to be completed. I greatly appreciate Herman noticing the issue and informing me. I strongly recommend Graysmith Home Repair in the future.
We got a new kitchen faucet from Lowe’s and used their installers. The company they used was Gray Smith home repair. Our schedule time was 9 - 12. Mr. Herman Smith showed up on time was polite and efficient had the faucet in and working with in 30 minutes even with a issue. He figured out how to fix it and completed the install.we would recommend this company

He did an outstanding job replacing kitchen sink and installing water shut off valves! The white was the old double sink, the stainless steel single is the new one!
Herman called me and scheduled the time to come out and install my garage disposal, he arrived on time and was very professional. I appreciated his work so much that I am going to call him to set my toilet and he is working up an estimate to replace my tile floors. Very pleased!
