Ahmir was so nice and helped me find what I needed fast with friendly and excellent guest service. He's my favorite worker I've come into and I hope he gets a raise for all the good work he does. Went out of his way to help me find the hot hands toe warmers. What a wonderful experience!

I was approached by a man selling CD's. The register did not work. Went to self check out. Would not take my card. Had to pay cash. I did get my change. All in all a very weird shopping experience. The employee at the paint counter was very nice.

Paid for delivery and setup for a washer & dryer. We got stuck with the old washer and I ended up installing the new appliances myself. Delivery refused to do it. Take it home and do it yourself(correctly). Last 3 deliveries were absolute disasters. More work if they (don't) do it.

Daren is awesome! What a great experience. He went out of his way to help us and make sure we got our pickup order on time and without a problem. Him and his team did a great job.

Went in and purchased a few florescent bulbs and not one worker approached or greeted me to ask if I needed help with anything. Some lady just walked up to me talking about rain gutter cleaning and replacement but I eventually found what I was looking for since I brought a burnt out bulb with me to match what I previously had. Still a good hardware store but some people would actually like to be greeted cause you never know when someone is really not a people person that they will feel more comfortable being approached asking if you need help with anything.
