Grease Masters, a Liquid Environmental Solutions Company

so I had to call out Grease Masters on new year's eve because our pipes had basically been completely blocked by tree roots. I was able to talk to someone with actual knowledge of what needed to be done quickly and they had a technician out there by 8:30 in the morning. By 11:30 water was flowing again and the toilets were back in action. They were even a bit cheaper than 2 other companies that I described the work to.

We recently used Grease Masters, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first call, their customer service was outstanding. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer all my questions. The team showed up right on schedule, and their timeliness was a huge plus since it kept everything running smoothly on our end. They handled the job with impressive professionalism. It’s rare to find a company that combines great service, punctuality, and expertise so seamlessly. I highly recommend Grease Masters!

Love this company a lot. We use them for our grease trap, and taking of our old oil for the aquatic center. Always fast, and clean up after themselves.

As a business, you should take pride in your customers. Your business has almost no good reviews compared to the bad. The way the apparent “OWNER” replies to the reviews is absolutely uncalled for. Also, I didn’t know Grease Masters would/could give Grease masters a 5 star review. You had so so much to say about Hudson but TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. This business sucks. Never suggested.

*Let's 1st respond to their edited response 2 years later, no one EVER tried to "make things right". Their manager laughed at me, I never rushed them about service I just told them because of our hours we can't just wait in limbo about when they are coming and they wouldn't let me select a day when I KNEW a staff member would be there late they made me feel like I was crazy for expecting to have a general idea on when to expect them, me wanting to make sure an ADULT or manager was working at the time to let them in.. sign off on the service.. know what they are doing was apparently an unrealistic expectation (that's how it works other places).. they can run their business however the heck they would like, but making a customer..who are often also businesses feel like crap for asking questi
