Bought fencing & decking materials from Great Railing. They were very helpful with all info, fast delivery, etc. So far, just have the fence installed. Starting work on the Veka deck now. Unfortunately, the guy who installed the vinyl gates, installed them incorrectly & they sag in the middle. I have had to adjust the "nuts" on the top hinges twice so far. UPDATE: Made 2 gates for the deck, too. 46" & 33-1/2" gates. Had to put a wheel under the 46" gate post due to sagging & make it more level. Still have to install the step top rails on one set of steps (see in pic).

Completely stocked yard with a surprising and extensive showroom. Service was great. We got delivery to the job site as promised. I was referred by my contractor and was very impressed by the selection, quality and price.

I had a great experience with this company. I planned on getting new railing for my deck in my backyard, and everywhere I looked prices were insane and it would take weeks, even months to get materials. I contacted the office and they sent out someone the same day to my house for a quote. Not only that, but I was given a price of almost half what I was quoted before. The installation process was very professional and swift. They were in and out in a day! Everyone I spoke to over the phone and in person seemed genuinely happy to help me with any questions I had or concerns. I would absolutely recommend this company.

This is a nightmare, I ordered my glass railing kit in May. After waiting for over 2 months Incomplete items were delivered. A couple of weeks later the wrong color of the missing items were delivered. Now I have to wait another 8 weeks to get the correct missing pieces. I would never buy from here again or recommend this place to anyone. Can’t wait to get the missing items so I don’t have to deal with this company ever again!! Can’t review on the quality since we haven’t open the boxes in fear to break the glass. Hopefully no surprises when we do.
