Great Falls City Parking Ramp

Person that answered the phone was very helpful when I had parking lot questions and if I was in the right lot or not. Person was very polite and patient with me. That being said, I was never informed that the parking lot right across from the Treasurer’s office was going to be completely blocked off today (Oct 18, 2021). I think that threw off a lot of people that normally park there. An email or a phone call prior to today would’ve been nice.

Go here if you would like your car vandalized. Broken windows, spray painted cars and miscellaneous aggravation compounded by the fact that this facility has no working cameras (been "working on them" for a long time). Also, on cold days the key codes on lower doors don't work and you have to walk up the ramp. Essentially, they'll take your money but will never complete the repairs "they're working on" and have no security.

Either fix your kiosks so you don't have to track one down that work or put the M back on the street like they used to be so you can actually pay for parking instead of having to go for a mile walk you guys are just trying to find a way to give people tickets

I don't know I have never been there but I had a court summons and was told to park there.

Affordable parking downtown. Getting a parking pass is highly recommended if you commute or work downtown often.
