Sarah Doohan is amazing and took care of us from start to finish. Absolute best service you could hope for. Zero sales pressure. Instead she consistently focused on solving our problems -- helping us understand our carpet wants/needs. *She stuck with us and our waffling for over 11 months!* until we finally pulled the trigger on fully replacing our carpet. Helped us figure out logistics to the very end. The extra thick padding is nice. I've fallen asleep on the new carpet three times now in different locations. My entire second floor has become a nap trap.

My husband and I went to Great Floors in Kent looking for vinyl to replace the flooring of our basement laundry and hallway. We met with Sarah Doohan and immediately liked her. She provided excellent customer service and a lot of guidance regarding materials, costs, colors, durability, you name it! The initial quote was above what we wanted to spend and it was understandable since small projects tend to cost more. Sarah was incredibly dedicated and committed to finding an option that would work for us and did a great job. We love the vinyl we ended up selecting with Sarah's help and it ended up being more affordable than the original quote. I was not at all impressed by the service I got. They didn't help me over the phone. Just wanted to know if something was in stock. I drove all the way over there. This Indian lady, Rehana, had very poor training. Couldn't tell me if and how much was in stock. Had trouble navigating the computer system. The other lady, Sarah, knew more but went on break and didn't see her for over an hour. This place is a mess and wouldn't do business this location. Emailed the manager to call me days ago and he never responded. At this rate and level of service is what may cause this store to go out of business. A lot of bad reviews recently posted. This place is going downhill fast!

We had a fabulous experience from start to finish. Sarah was immensely helpful in pulling together the ideas that were stuck in my brain. The installation prep helped me purge quite a bit, making our life so much easier for the future. Tony & team were beyond professional and hard-working. I would definitely recommend them for your flooring needs.

We got our new floors from this location of Great Floors. The floors are great, price and financing worked out really well. Ross in the warehouse was awesome - super helpful. I would buy floors here again specifically because Ross was looking out for us and made sure that we got the help we needed. Thank you!
