Great Floors

I am so happy with Great Floors. Last year we had a contractor remodel our downstairs including our kitchen. After about 6 months that floor started to fail. After another six months of hassle we final had an insurance settlement. Great Floors was able to help us get our new product in and installed in just about 2 weeks after the settlement with the other contractor was finalized. They were the model of professionalism from start to finish. They helped us get exactly what we wanted. Their delivery team was top notch and the installer they sent planned 2 days of install but were done in one long day. The new floor is so much better than what we were sold by the other company. Silverdale, WA’s Great Floors more than exceeded my expectations from start to finish. After 2 neighbor’s glowing reviews, I went to GF. I was so impressed with Theresa, project coordinator, I did not get any other estimates. Normally, I get at least 3. Theresa’s recommendation for pad was excellent, carpet selections were wonderful. Installation dates were adjusted to my schedule. The icing to the cake were head installer, Roy, and, his 2 outstanding assistants. Cleanup was spotless. Absolutely recommend GF!

We first worked with Tom, who was extremely kind, helpful, and offered great advice. Later, we ran into a small issue with the floor. Even though the warranty had expired, the manager, Derek, went above and beyond to make things right. What impressed me most was not only how committed he was to ensuring our satisfaction, but also how his employees and contractors spoke so highly of him when he wasn’t around. They described him as a great manager who looks out for both his customers and his team. To me, that kind of integrity matters just as much as the floor itself.
