Great Lakes Ace

Jessica and the cashier (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch her name but she had long dark hair and glasses) they both made my day! It’s been a very hard year and an ac not working isn’t helping. Jessica went above and beyond to help me!! I wanted to cry. I’m not a hugger but asked if I could give her one because I was so taken back by her willingness to help a total stranger. The cashier was super sweet as well. So blown away by their kindness! They made my day for sure!! Also, when I entered the store, the cashier was getting berated by another customer and Jessica jumped right in to defend her and lift her up after. Ace has some great people. We have a lot of projects coming up after winter and will be going to Holly Ace to get them done!!
