VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Had them come out and check out my commercial hvac unit. The tech spent maybe 10 minutes with a volt meter and said there is nothing specifically wrong with it it's just old and you need a new one. Then sent me a quote for a $13k GAS unit when mine is electric, when I called a different company they came and actually checked out the unit and found the issue and had it fixed within a few days for under $500. This company is just out to make money by taking advantage of small businesses and lying to customers and trying to sell them new units and when confronted on the issue the lady in the office got extremely verbally abusive and basically told me I was stupid. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

Great Lakes Air and Mechanical May be a young business but Craig has been applying his skills and perfecting his craft for a long time. His experience and success has led him to breaking out on his own to be able to serve his customers with his personal brand of integrity and honesty.
