I went to the Wildwood store and selected a quartz for our 2 bathroom countertop job. The salesman came to our home that week and measured the space. He promised a price estimate would be sent the next day. No word from him for 3 weeks, even after a call and email sent from me to his personal phone. I decided I was no longer going to badger him to do his job so I contacted another company. Not only did they measure the first week, I also got an immediate detailed quote the same day they measured. I guess our job was too small for Great Lakes. We have contracted to work with the other company.

Originally called a local restoration company that we previously used for a construction project and had done excellent work, to use their handyman services. It was for a job that should have been a simple task of reversing our patio vertical blinds. A simple task turned into a project of completely disassembling the track and ultimately causing the blinds to no longer function properly after reassembly. We chose not to have them return to try to correct the error because we did not feel confident in their ability or knowledge to do so.
