I had a great experience with Great Lakes Heating and Cooling! My furnace stopped working on a Friday at 5:00 pm in February. Tyler came out at 8:00 pm to see why it wasn’t working. He was very polite and professional. I could tell right away he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He figured out the circuit board was bad. He somehow maneuvered the furnace so I could have heat for the night. He was back out first thing in the morning with a circuit board and fixed the furnace. I was so appreciative of him.
