I visited the business on Saturday May 10th in the morning. The counter guys at Great Neck Plumbing Supply are top-notch. They're knowledgeable, professional, and always go the extra mile to help find exactly what you need. Whether it's a common part or something more specific, they know their inventory inside out and offer great advice. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I Highly recommend stopping by if you want solid service and reliable plumbing & heating supplies.

The guys they send to work at people home are so unprofessional. The don’t fix anything and they yell for more money for just staring at the job. Extremely unprofessional behavior. They are aggressive and can’t trust them to let them in your home. Very rude people that scam you for money and fix nothing.

STAY AWAY! Horrible - they will lie and steal from you at your time of desperation. The heat boiler they gave me broke less than one year later and even though I had a 10 year warranty, they told me there was a mandatory charge of $300 in addition to the $600 labor fee to get the boiler replaces. I later found out they lied about the mandatory fee and took advantage of me because they knew I was desperate with a broken boiler and a flooded basement. They are liars, thieves and they will intentionally give you damaged parts so you come back. Please do not trust this business for your home.

Very helpful personal and friendly. Mitch is one of the staff members which was courteous and spent time with me until I found what I was looking for. We browsed through a catalog as well as looked at displays and eventually found what I was looking for. The store is not fancy but equipped with a lot of supplies. I will definitely go there again. Very satisfied with my purchase.
