Garage door came off track and a panel cracked. Emailed several companies explaining the situation. Opx garage doors was the first to respond via email, text and call. Within several hours Lev and his brother came by to assess and give a quote. They gave us the options of either repairing the immediate damage or just replacing the door, track, rollers and all for a package price. Lev helpfully explained and pointed out that a repair could be done, but the door itself was rotted, so any repairs would not last long. After a bit of negotiation Lev was able to offer the package deal of removing the old door and replacing it, the track, rollers and everything else. After looking around and dealing with a few questionable companies we settled on Opx garage doors. It was the right choice! 2 days

Though I did not personally know about OPX Garage Door services, a friend referred me to them. They arrived 40 minutes after I called even though I told him it was not an emergency. They carefully replaced both springs on my garage door and did some essential maintenance. The cost of the repair was nominal. I highly recommend this business.

They showed up exactly at the designated time (rare with service persons or going to a doctors office). Gave me a phone quote prior to getting to my home and brought with them the exact garage door openers I needed. Andy, the technician, did the complete job in 30 minutes. The best garage doors service I have dealt with. I have many clients that need upgrades to their garage doors, and OPX are always on hand to come out to install and maintain them for me. I’ll definitely be sticking with these guys into the future!
