Several years ago our upstairs zone AC went out. I was nervous about cold calling a service company b/c I knew it would be expensive, and I didn’t want to get ripped off. I wound up calling HVAC Plus, and as soon as I met, and spoke with Fred for a while, I just felt like I could trust him, and his company, to do the job. They were pleasant to deal with, and even though it was an expensive job (they basically had to remove and replace a very old system), the company offered us a great way to finance it, and it was reasonable. Just this past year, we pretty much had the same situation, but with the downstairs zone. Very Satisfied with the newly installed rooftop air conditioner! The installation team was professional and attentive - the whole process went smoothly. The unit was placed thoughtfully, looks neat, and blends in well. It runs quietly and cools the space quickly and efficiently. The comfort level in the house has improved a lot. About a year ago, the team at HVAC Plus (Fred, Alex and Angel)installed upgrades to our central air system by installing heat pumps. To put it simply, the guys were great to work with. It is not very often that the owner of the company gives out his personal cell phone but Fred did which is a testament to how they stand behind their work. Since I was entitled to utility rebates as well, Fred took care of all filings and a check came in the mail a few weeks after installation. I would highly recommend Fred and company should you have repair or installation issues as they are truly a pleasure to work with.
