Great product. Excellent service. The staff is so helpful and patient. To do projects like this when your not a contractor...you have a lot of questions. They were so nice and informative. Thank you!! (I attached before and after photos.)

Terrible customer service. We ordered railing from Great Railing and were shorted three posts due to an error made by their sales representative. We provided the correct dimensions, yet the order still had multiple issues. While we received the correct number of top rails, bottom rails, and panels, the panels themselves were incorrect—each section had to be cut down by 3 inches to match the length of the top and bottom rails. Despite these mistakes, we were told the missing posts were somehow our fault. When we called to resolve it, both the associate and the manager argued with us instead of taking responsibility. I remained calm and asked them to work with us and meet us halfway. They eventually agreed to offer a discount on the three missing posts and told us they would be ready in th

I am the owner of A.C.J Contracting. We ONLY use Great railing for ALL of our decking / fence projects. && I have to say they are absolutely amazing from Quality products to great prices and most importantly Customer service!!

We got a fence but the wrong fence was delivered not cut to specs. I called they apologized and immediately got the correct order out to me. The customer service was very good whomever I spoke with they tried to solve my problem. They just started with synchrony financing. We had trouble initially but eventually everything got settled. This is a great company that puts customer service as a priority. The materials are excellent and look great especially my gates!

I called Great Railing a couple weeks ago for a quote. I spoke with Ashley and she was so sweet and helpful! She gave me a quote on the materials I’d need based on my deck size. Highly recommend!
