Hands down the BEST! Isaac, our personal design expert was an absolute delight to work with from start to finish. Highly professional & knowledgeable, and his positivity is contagious! Our installer, Ken, was on point from day one! He was fast, friendly, professional, and a joy to have in our home while he worked. I can’t say enough good about Flooring America and their amazing team! I wish I could give them more stars-they far exceeded all expectations.

My husband and I had a great experience with Flooring America from start to finish. Isaac was amazing. We were always greeted with a smile and welcoming attitude. He made the process super easy and fun. He was very knowledgeable but also personable. Justin, our delivery guy, and installation crew were also great. We can’t say enough about Great Southeast Flooring. Our salesman was Adrian. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in helping us select the flooring that would work best for us. Zack also had a hand in introducing us to a newer product that was perfect for what we wanted. Our installer Chris was professional, knowledgeable, articulate, and respectful. He went above and beyond to be accommodating. The end result is absolutely beautiful~One would never know that our floors were not wood. Our delivery driver Justin was right on time. He was very friendly and professional and was in and out quickly. Chris and Kai did an outstanding job removing and replacing our flooring. Chris was very helpful with tips about protecting our new flooring. The job was done very professionally and when they were done everything was cleaned and ready for us to put back the furniture. I would definitely use Chris for any future jobs. A big thank you to Anthony from sales, without him none of this would have happened. He was definitely the determining factor in our decision to go ahead with this project and his recommendations made it easy for us to pick the perfect color match for our flooring.
