GV Lock has provided my business with professional and quality work for decades. Just recently Nick came to my home to replace a home safe lock that wasnt working well. He installed a new manual lock in an hour and I'm a happy customer! Nick was great, explains everything, customer focused and knows his stuff! Thank you!!

Quality and great business. They do business what I would I guess would call "the old-fashioned way". A local shop that treats their first-time customers like friends (so only imagine better with repeat visits) and has great prices for quality work. Had a second experience with a different individual and am just as happy with my experience

I called one day to learn about getting a safe for our house and wow! The person talked to me for 20 minutes and answered each one of my questions without hesitation. Beyond friendly and helpful here. Very informative and discusses pricing and expectations upfront. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I was really excited to find this company and wanted to work with them because of their reviews. Everyone we talked to has been super courteous; however, our experience with the company has been frustrating and disappointing. Their technician came out to look at a job for us over a month ago, and we still haven't received a quote from them. We have been following up close to 10 times at this point, and still unable to get anywhere. Seems like the issue is with their supplier. However, what they can control is to keep their customers updated. Unfortunately, even when I was told numerous times that a technician will give me a call with updates, in dealing with them for over month, I have not received even one single update call from them. I'd consider finding other companies. We just wasted
