Todd and his team were professional, personable, incredibly detail-oriented and ensured everything was measured and installed with absolute precision. I had a really good experience with Todd. From the moment I called him he was attentive and responsive. He took me to 3 different places to find the perfect cristallo countertop. There were a few hiccups along the way, due to factors outside of his control, but he still communicated with me and got the job done, and beautifully I might add. I am obsessed with my new counters and backsplash. Todd even had a plumber/electrician come out and help us move an outlet, get our sink installed (which he also gave great suggestions about what sink to get). Overall a really great experience. We had a few details that we wanted to change and Todd was super receptive and accommodating. A real stand up guy. Only thing I would suggest is just masking things off. Todd transformed my kitchen into a gorgeous masterpiece. I used to make excuses for the cracked tiles, discolored grout and dirty travertine. I would put knick knacks down to cover it up. Now I bring everyone into see it! Good made great suggestions yet listened to my sometimes crazy ideas. It is a huge kitchen with complicated angles and corners.Todd was able to lay out the granite pieces to showcase the stunning veins and with no seams! He also added unique backlighting on the white backsplash and accent lights under the tall countertop. I highly recommend Todd at Great Western Granite to everyone.

Great Western recently tore out our kitchen, powder bath and primary bath builder grade counters, and kitchen backsplash. They were replaced by beautiful Cristalo quartzite that was expertly installed by Todd and his team, and also included a tile backsplash. Throughout the project Todd communicated frequently and was super careful, meticulous and professional. I was really worried about the tear out of the old counters but it was all demoed in a 1/2 day without issue. We couldn’t recommend Great Western any higher.

We love our new counter tops! Todd and the team did an amazing job. I was very nervous about the measurements since I didn't have the new sink or facet yet when they came to to do the measurements but it worked out perfectly! Todd even recommended we cap the top of our half wall behind the sink and we are so glad we did, it made a huge difference! They were fast and efficient, we are so glad we finally got this done and pricing was lower then other places we'd gotten quotes from. I would highly recommend using them.
