Could not give Ralph a higher recommendation. Stayed in constant contact from start to finish, no surprises, punctual, could have set our watches by his arrivals at 8:00 AM almost every workday, and his work product was exceptional. Ralph takes great pride in his work and showed legitimate concern about making things look like what we wanted them to. He is very artistic in the best sense of the word. Also, in comparison to others, we found his fees to be very reasonable.

We have a 100 year old 3 flat that needed a lot of work. In fact Ralph gutted it. He moved walls, in order to enlarge bedrooms, replaced 3 bathrooms and 3 kitchens, replaced some exterior windows, restored original moldings and doors when possible, etc. He is excellent at laying tiles, building vanities out of kitchen cabinets and installing all kinds of fixtures. Not only is he talented in so many areas, but he is excellent at problem solving and has very interesting design ideas. He works hard, is honest, and most importantly, he is fair. I recommend him without hesitation.
