Are journey started when there was a storm come through our neighborhood. While other neighbors were getting there roofs replaced we were fighting with our insurance company (State Farm) to cover our roof. They came up with every reason in the world not to. GAR was phenomenal with assisting during this process. Even though we failed to get the coverage I paid for we decided we would just pay for it ourselves. From the beginning to the final payment GAR could not of been anymore professional, honest and down right caring. Mathew our sales rep was there every step of the way. His knowledge of his business far exceeded my expectation. If we ever have to go through this process again, Mathew will be the first guy I call. The crew that was assigned to install our roof was the best crew I ever

I got lucky! I did not shop prices on roofs. Greater American Roofing was referred to me by a professional who travels a 50 square mile radius to work on all kinds of homes. I was told that if I needed professionals to do my roof, that there was no other company to deal with other than Greater American Roofing. The person that referred me knows how particular I am. He led me to the right company. It was simple. I made one phone call and dealt with the same person from start to finish—Matthew. He made me comfortable through the entire process, explaining anything I wanted to know. He showed up with his crew, and together they busted the job out under his supervision. The end result left me very satisfied. Money well spent!

Several months ago a storm caused extensive damage not only to my roof but the interior of my house. I've contacted GAR Company and they were able to handle EVERYTHING for me, starting with dealing with my insurance company to not just replacing my whole roof but repairing my kitchen and bedroom. Lexi, the office manager,was able to explain the whole process and answer all my questions, making me feel valued not as just a customer but as a human being who is in distress having to deal with unfortunate disaster that affected her normal way of living. Crystal and Allan,  the owners, came out and spend time with me, explaining the cause and extent of the damages caused by the storm. Mathew, the roof repairs manager, impressed us with his knowledge and expertise, making the whole process smoot

Greater American roofing did a fantastic job with our roof about a year ago, they had excellent customer service and were very timely and professional.
